To register, fill out the form and select the "I want to Attend" button.  If you are not a member, don't bother. 

Event registration closes at 3 PM the day of the event.

Our priorities for invoicing for size limited events are: 

  1. Visitors

  2. New members 

  3. Military 

  4. Current hosts

  5. Regular members.


'When' you register for the event does not factor in to the selection.

The variables in selection is member attendance history.

Registration Form

The event is size limited. Applications will be accepted until 3 pm on the day of the event. Invoices will be sent anywhere between two weeks prior to the event all the way up to the day before the event. Guests will receive a PayPal invoice where you will be given several options for payment. Pay when invoiced, but no later than the day before the event. Unpaid invoices are canceled so that other members may attend. We NEVER take cash at the events.

Thanks for registering. You will be notified by invoice by the day before the event. If not, you've been waitlisted! (We are no longer sending waitlist emails.)
