Nudity is not legal on Hawaii's beaches.  You may find yourself on a secluded beach or cove, but proceed at your own risk. On occasion, police do patrol unofficial nude beaches and may arrest or ticket nude offenders.  Wearing something that completely covers your genitals is advisable.
